In cases when the process of automatic control is realized simultaneously with other works, it is rational to entrust the execution of parts of the process to the contractors of these works. Often the user has a desire to engage their own capacity in the implementation of parts of the automatic control process, thus achieving that their technical staff is trained in parallel to use and maintain new equipment and automatic control processes.
